Then cancel and use the plugin again on your project image, using the previously saved gradient. The gradients are created from an image within the plugin interface so if you want to use a favourite gradient, just create a temporary swatch of it, call the plugin, create the gradient and save it. I cannot find a way to even mimic this in PSP but I found a FREE Photoshop compatible gradient mapping plugin called Gradient Smithy. I have seen this come up when i have tried to follow a tutorial for Photoshop. Any joy? Or does anyone else have any input? I wonder about a PSP equivilant too PhotoGraham. Originally posted at 6:42AM, 8 September 2006 PST It's a bit like the Gradient fill edit option, where you can define colours along the gradient, but the distance along the gradient is the input pixel intensity and the colour o nthe gradient is the output colour. The idea is to change pixels to colours based on the pixel intensity and some mapping. Other names for this could be false colour or pseudo colour. Does anyone know how to map intensities to colours in PSPX? There is a"Gradient map" feature in Photoshop but I can't find any equivalent in PSPX.
